| Chris Timms, 30, graduated in Economics from Pembroke College Cambridge in 1997 and continued at Pembroke to take a computer science diploma.
For three years Chris was responsible for software development at Interbase UK Ltd, chiefly working on Production Base, a recruitment site for UK film and tv crew (which was sold to the DMGT in 2006).
In 2003, Chris left Interbase UK Ltd to set up Blue Compass Ltd.
The Blue Compass network currently has 120,000+ members and receives 3m+ page impressions per month.
